Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms are issued by TechTalent Overflow Limited ("we", "us") and apply when you use techtalentoverflow.com, the online stores we run for businesses, and End Point Deliveries (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.

Who sells what

Each online store we run belongs to an independent business (the "seller"). The seller is responsible for the goods it lists, their description, price, quality and availability. TechTalent Overflow provides the store software, payment collection and, where chosen, delivery.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Uganda Shillings. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds through MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or another method shown at checkout. You must use a mobile-money account you are entitled to use.

Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated from distance and vehicle size and shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates. Please give an accurate drop-off location and a phone number where you can be reached; extra costs caused by wrong details may be charged.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact the seller or us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders not yet dispatched can usually be cancelled and refunded to the paying mobile-money number. Problems with goods are handled with the seller under its own return terms; we will help where we can.

Prohibited items

The Services may not be used to sell or send anything illegal in Uganda, dangerous goods, or items the rider cannot safely carry. We may refuse or cancel any such order.

Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ugandan consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
